Hey all, I'm Chestnut Brumby, either one of those two names, or just CB. I'm in my early thirties, but only occasionally act my age. I have a profound love of life, not to mention of reading, writing, movies, music, animals, the outdoors, the ocean, nature, my friends, and my pack. My animal signs are the wolf, the lion and the horse - specifically a Chestnut Brumby, which is where I got my penname here.

I live with my other half, my baby girl, a young Anatolian shepherd, a rescue cat, and several birds, lizards and rodents. They give me a busy and happy life and that's why you generally won't see updates from me every day.

Writing wise, I do tend to skip form story to story as inspiration strikes, sometimes without finishing one... rest assured, if I've started it, eventually, I'll come back to it.

My fandoms, which I usually both ship and write for, include many Marvel related verses- especially X-Men (Movie, original series cartoons, Wolvie and the X-men, and comics), the Avengers. I'm a huge nut for Alias, Futurama, Impossible Creatures, Bolt, FFX, Warm Bodies, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Firefly. Firefly especially, it's the greatest show ever to grace our screens and I've never forgiven Fox for dropping it. Avatar is a movie I connect with on every single level, I believe James Cameron is a genius and I never, never tire of Pandora. I get sucked into romance movies very easily, as long as they have plot and interesting characters, and I can rarely resist a good a animated movie.

Movies that I can watch over and over... Bolt, How to Train Your Dragon, Just Like Heaven, Pitch Perfect, and Warm Bodies.
