Nicole (Nikki) Smith - She is age 19 and is a human. She has is short with brown hair and striking blue eyes. She looks extremely young for her age but doesn't act it. She is very serious but fun as well. She originally started with working at Torchwood where she had met the 12th Doctor and River Song. One morning, she was mysteriously teleported and met the Doctor in his 11th regeneration. She eventually got back to Earth and left Torchwood to join UNIT, much to Jack's dismay.

Christina Smith - She is age 21 and is a Time Lady but she doesn't know it. She thinks that she is a normal human. She is tall with long red hair and bright blue eyes. She was born on Gallifrey but was sent to Earth for protection from the Daleks. Once on Earth, she ran into aliens at her human age of 17. UNIT asked her to join them and she did gladly. She doesn't know much about Gallifrey except for the fact that it is real.

Amber Heart - She is the young age of 16, making her the youngest Torchwood recruit. She is human with blonde hair and dark brown eyes. She is tall and fit, despite the fact that she was homeless. Torchwood found her one day on a Weevil hunt and ran into her. Literally. Torchwood is the only family she knows.
