I started out as a catalog of all the story rec thread recommendations but a lot of it now is stories I or twilightfan104 (who has currently added more stories to the C2 than I have) come across, found or recommended by other people. I usually get mine from authors A/N's.

I'm addicted to the fan fiction of my favorite stories, be it books, movies, or tv shows.

Twilight (mostly AH-AU, which doesn't really count since a lot of it uses Twilight's characters as archetypes)

TV shows (and usually accompanying fan fiction):

Castle: Beckett/Castle

Eureka: Jo/Zane

Glee: Kurt/Blaine, the only reason I watch the show is b/c they write this relationship better than the other

The West Wing- I have oddly gotten back into the West Wing after watching some of it as a preteen when my mom was watching and some reruns on Bravo. I'm glad about that because some of the plot would have been very frustrating if I was watching the last few seasons when I was in high school. I really like this fanfic, although I find the best of it on The National Library website and JoshDonnaFF yahoo group. It is usually very smart, well written and well informed. Also less prone to deletion by authors who try to get published with rewritten forms of the same story, and if it is b/c publishers look badly upon any fanfic, they at least don't try to ask people not to pass copies around.

Other books I like:

Sarah Dessen -Truth About Forever, This Lullaby, Just Listen, and Keeping the Moon. I haven't read any others, although I do need to read her latest. Basically I've read all the ones I thought had happy endings.

All of Rachel Cohn's books;

Holly Black's books are amazing as are Melissa Marr's books, although I haven't read all of them.

I LOVE Gabrielle Zevin's two YA books, but especially Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac;
