![]() Author has written 3 stories for Transformers/Beast Wars, and Stargate: SG-1. Hello dear reader who have wandered of to my profile, be warned you may get offended what is written and thoughts behind. Updated 24th April 2016 Into a lot of things, I am metal and hard rock fan, thou enjoy other genres that has a good beat or back to the 80's I have fondness for, there is just something special about it as being born in that decade, yet started to appreciate the music way into my 20's Coming to a point in my life seen much, heard much at some point I just don't care. What people say about me is really none of business, change comes in stages when its time to focus on other things then being in a perpetual status que. I do not strike to get married and have children, that frightens me, but have a lot of compassion to share to the right people. Either do not strive for fame or being rich, just want to live in peace and turn my hobbies into a full work. I find peace in simple things, birds calling, the sun rays (just not in the morning when I want to sleep), the smell of freshly made coffee, coming home from a gathering and smell of campfire. A gentle touch and hug. I have an introvert personality with dash of extrovert. Loves; animals, coffee and tea, good food, love of nature and say hello the small forest dwellers hiding from humans, in Northern culture they are called vætter. Hates: Back stabbers, bigots, shallow people, big crowds. And as here on fanfic my passion for Transformers do shine through. I have seen other peeps on fan fics that just love the movies, but have you not seen the older ones from the 1980's, the beastwars and so on. The 2007 Transformers needed more mecha interaction then some stupid fleshlings...yeah there I said it and less Megan Fox only been casted and other eye-candy to attract movie goers..."long groan" there would have been no need for that if you ask me. I hope the upcoming T5 will have more story around the bots then involving humans... I could write a whole essay what could been done better with the Transformers live action movies if I wanted too. Other then that...The Prime cartoon I have to say is the best, it has a lot of story, mecha interaction, dark times funny gags "I NEEDED THAT!" The new RID I have not watched the second season waiting till all have been aired so I can binge watch :) But also find inspiration from other media in science fiction and fantasy universe and look for in my real life what I can use. It doesn't mean all my attention is on the Transformers as of the last few years I have come to love the Marvel movies and series, favorite of the series is Agent Carter. I can not pin point which is my favorite of all the marvel movies, thou tilting a bit towards Iron Man. I have big love for cyberpunk and dystopian stuff in series and movies and also anime and cartoons, everything with a gritty story catches my attention. The chapters I have written so far and read other more mature stories...I regret NOTHING. Just me and my very dark twisted mind being affected by gritty stories then high fantasy more wanting to dwell into the minds of my character with a dash of action and space like opera in between. I am a pagan at heart, no offense to the christian readers if you feel like my soul is doomed and etc. Heard it all before "sighs" I respect your views what you believe, but I will defend my self when I feel threatened in my own home. I feel them standing at the beach feeling the sand and salt water caress my feet and toes, smelling the sea. The ancient mounds scattered across the land I pay tribute to leaving a little morsel of food or sacrifice my favorite beer to the spirits who lives so they know they are not forgotten. I hail to Thor when it thunders and enjoy the rain. I love how Sunna warms my skin brightens up my day peaking through the clouds. I look to the future with a hope no matter muslim, jew, christian and pagans will come together in a mutual understanding, to respect each others freedom of speech to free our minds from pettiness that governs over mortals then sheer sense. I rather be free from certian dogmas and do what feels right...and one of them is writing a good story and want to share. As many modern people to day, even we nature loving pagans connects via cyberspace, but have to shut it of now and then and go out. Yes..and hell yeah I am big mecha fan, the raw power speaks to my inner pagan warrior, and on the other side there is the honor and integrity to stand firm on ones belief and listen to others. The fascination with tech and science fiction of how it could be. Only the mind can be the limit of the endless imagination, the stories, the people, the foreign world and yet familiar with reminiscence of what we have knowledge of here and now. I feel at home with what I am, and I do not turn the other cheek if slapped with a bible in the face. There is a good chance I will retaliate with a daneraxe. And that is it for now for my rant. Peace and love Shieldmaiden83 |
