During WWII, Arthur Kirkland lives alone and perfers to be alone, but a boistrous fighter pilot named Alfred shows up and takes over Arthur's heart and mind. When Alfred must leave Arthur for war, Arthur becomes miserable. Will Alfred come home in time to save Arthur?
