I haven't updated my profile in quite some time. Now is a good a time as any to refresh things.

I am female, in my mid-twenties, and I have a fascination with lotion that even I find a bit strange. Feels niiiiice on my skin, yummy. I have a bit of a Peter Pan complex, I love to read and write and I’m an avid gamer. Although I play games, I do not watch television except to see a new episode of Doctor Who. I live with my pack of dogs out in the deep country. Not deep enough, apparently, since as time goes by people keep wandering out my way, taking up all the room. Bah!

Now, on to the important things: the stories.

I like to write friendship fics rather than romance, though that will wander in every once in a while. I also deeply enjoy the hurt/comfort genre and some good rousing whump and torture, so that is what one can expect when venturing into my tiny pocket in ff.net.

Rurouni Kenshin

I have a single and very dusty AU I began a few years ago, Songslave. Believe it or not, I actually have worked on it since posting that single chapter, and I still intend to one day come back and finish. If something one day comes along to rekindle my interest in RK, anyway… Well, I know that statement’s not very encouraging but, one day. Really.

Doctor Who

Following up once Glass Armor is completed is The Despairing, which will feature Donna Noble as well as Rose in separate timelines but struggling against the same enemy. Going to be a lot of fun, for a sequel.

On the side, I’m going to begin a three-part series that will occur shortly after the Doctor loses Donna and is traveling alone, the first of which will be called The Goddess of Cereal. Isn’t that an, ah, appealing title? I promise it will make sense later. ;)

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King

I mentioned above I’m a gamer. DQVIII is one of my all-time favorites, and not really all that old. Breathtaking game that it is, there actually isn’t so much good fanfiction for it out there. I’ll be writing at least one good story of length, most of which is fully plotted and ready to be fleshed out. My contribution to a splendid game.

This is all I can tell ahead for the foreseeable future, and all things considered it’s already quite a workload.

Now, I won’t beg for reviews during my stories, but just to let you know a good review shows me the depth of interest and encourages faster updates. Plus, it just makes me happy. Happy authors write more. :)
