Hello there. My name is Julia, and well, I like to write.

I'm thirteen, and live in the USA (that's all I'll ever say about that). I want to be a screen-writer, director or author when I grow up (Director would be great, since I like being in charge.). I have blond hair, and blue eyes, and I'm also super tall for my age (at least compared to my peers, at nearly 5'8). I'm of German and Irish descent. I'm NOT boy crazy, and nearly no one I've ever meet has thought I was any younger than 15 (Combination of height and maturity maybe?) . My pen-name: ModestlyAmazing, is meant to be ironic, not conceited.

And some other stuff you may, or may not want to know about me:

Favorite TV show(s): Gossip Girl. Hands down. It's basically my guilty pleasure J. Also, I'm a big fan of the Secret Circle, Kickin it', Being Human (UK and US versions) and others which I'm forgetting at the moment… (I honestly don't watch A LOT of TV)

Favorite Book(s): The Hunger Games, Thirteen Reasons Why, All American Girl, The Clique, Alphas, The Summer I turned Pretty (Whole Trilogy), the Gallaher Girls series, Before I Fall, Delirium, The Duff, Percy Jackson and the Olympians.. etc. (I could go on forever)

Favorite Musicians: AC/DC is my favorite rock band, I love all of Taylor Swift's music; I'm in love with Cody Simpson, and I LOVE One Direction (Niall is my future husband). I also LOVE Florence the Machine (They are so good), and despite all the hate, I still enjoy lots of Miley Cyrus's music, no matter what kind of person she is. Again… I could go on forever since music is my life (I have an iPod Classic, and it is practically my baby)

Favorite Food: I don't know if anyone actually wants to know this, but… I must say my favorite meal is Annie's White Cheddar Macaroni Shells. It's like eating heaven for me.

I Ship: What I mean is, these are the character pairs I love, and want to either see together, or to stay together=

Cam and Claire, from 'The Clique' (I have loved this pair since fourth grade… I'm still obsessed. And I plan to write some fanfics about them)

Cammie and Zach,from the 'Gallagher Girls' series. Josh was cute and all, but, bad boys are the best. Zach is also like, perfect for Cammie. Zammie forever! :)

Katniss and Peeta, from 'The Hunger Games' (I like Gale and all but… I think of him more of Katniss's older brother whom she has really weird attractions toward. Yeah, that’s it..)

Jack and Kim, from the show 'Kickin it' (The first time I watched the show, I had seen it channel surfing, and I instantly wanted them together. Right that moment. Actually, I found out about FanFiction when I looked up Kickin it on the internet and found TheWritingGame's 'Falling For You'. (Btw, if you want a good Jack/Kim story, check her profile out)

Belly and Conrad, from the 'Summer I Turned Pretty' books. (This couple is just… amazing. If you haven't read those books and you're into the teen realistic love story kind of thing, definitely go check them out.)

Annabeth and Percy, from the 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' series (I was SO happy when they finally got together. I always had a bad feeling about Luke)

Lena and Alex, from 'delirium'... a tragic ending for this couple, but amazing all the same (If you haven't read 'delirium' you really should! It's heartbreakingly realistic (Well, parts, and then some stuff is kind of farfetched... It's a big 'What-if' story)

Eli and Claire, from 'Degrassi'.. They are SO cute, and I am really hoping they get back together tomorrow (tomorrow as in 4/5/12)

I will have to update that when I think of some more (There definitely are more.)
