If you think too much, you start to wonder. Wonder about all sorts of stuff you just ain't s'posed to wonder about. Maybe... maybe we are all just figures inside the head of a sleeping pizza delivery boy, in a small business that doesn't get many customers. Perhaps he is waiting for someone to order a pizza for delivery. Maybe somewhere theres a teenage girl, with limbs too long for comfort, sprawled on a cushiony libray chair, attempting to ignore her noisy peers as they chatter and laugh. Maybe she has a thick paperback book in one hand and you and I are the main characters.. Who kows? And we sit here and wonder if we are real, and if not, we decide, perhaps we should pretend - imagine - that we are real, because who knows what will happen if no one wants to believe in us? The pizza boy may wake up to the insistent calling of the manager, and dream about something more interesting next nap. Or maybe the author may decide that since no one reads her books, perhaps she will stop the series - and even the long limbed teenager won't read about us. Thus, we shall imagine ourselves to be such interesting, realistic people, surely it will come true, and no one will be bored of us. We shall perfect our Imaginary Selves. So, theres this random bi chick with a profile. You believe she exists. I mean, why not? So does she. (Well, she's pretty sure.) You can see she likes music. Her favorite band is Billy Talent. She hasn't got anything written, but she's got a lot of favs. Apparently she likes two anime/manga series, and two games. Naruto, Death Note, (anime/manga) Tales of Symphonia, World Of Warcraft/Warcraft 3. (games) She seems to like yaoi alot. She seems to be about thirteen years old, and definately female. Her parents have separated, and she usually lives with her dad and her brother. It says she is vegetarian and has strong opinions about a lot of stuff. She has a fictionpress account. Imaginary Self At the bottom of her profile it says goodbye. She would be glad to read your stories if you have any in the categories she likes. style="styledocument: object" style="styledocument: object" |
