My attempt at a post-S3 story.

[Post Season 3] After a year encaged in psych, Piper is riddled with guilt and clings onto her last thread of sanity. Despite her own complications, there is one person in particular she is desperate to make amends with.

Alex just moved to New York and needs someone to share an apartment with. Piper has a spare room up for rent... AU. Vauseman. M for language, drugs and sex.

Contains spoilers for season three finale. Me, working through Piper feelings. "No guilt. That's your rule. Stick to it. You are done feeling guilty you refuse to feel guilty you will not SURVIVE feeling guilty."

"If something happens to you, it's my fault. You could have been far away from him, but I..." Piper's voice cracks with a soft but audible whimper, and Alex gently puts a finger to her lips. Whispering again, Piper finishes thickly, "I wish I'd just let you leave." Late (or post?) season three.

High school AU. Alex Vause is a new student at Piper's high school. While Piper's friends don't like Alex, Piper is quite drawn to her. The one question that the two will face is: Will we ever be just friends?

When a one night stand becomes something more.

AU- Rich, powerful and successful Piper Chapman is the CEO of one of New York's biggest companies. Timid, introverted Alex Vause arrives in the city with her heart set on making one final go at the life her college education should have provided for her. But when Alex starts her new job at Piper's company, neither she nor Piper are prepared for the feelings evoked within them.

"Maybe there was too much f****** history between them." Set in the future, this story takes place years after season 1, when both Piper and Alex are already out of prison and haven't seen each other in a very long time. There'll be flashbacks, but I'll be making up what happens in the future, while doing my best to stay true to the characters.

First part of the "Covers" Trilogy. It is a novel that starts at the immediate end of Season One. I own nothing! I edit sparingly and typos abound. These characters belong to Piper Kerman, and Jenji Kohan.
