Hello! :D Welcome to my profile!

I guess I should start off with a little about me:

I go by the pen name Scarlett Cheri (as you already know), and I’m a university student. This means that my updates will be sporadic and inconsistent; I apologize for that now!

My fandom is very limited! I love Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho and Gaara from Naruto! (Cool quiet times ftw!! xD) My first few stories will probably only be on those two and maybe I’ll eventually do someone else that seems interesting to me!

I’m also very spontaneous, so sometimes I might hole myself up and write several chapters a day while other days I’ll be in a slump! I promise to try and update whatever I have written each day religiously so that you guys can have the latest installment of whatever I’m writing. I know how much cliff hangers suck so I’ll also try to avoid that as best I can!

I am actually semi-fluent in Japanese, but I have a pet peeve where I really can’t stand to weave the two languages together. It just makes me cringe, obviously with the exception of titles like -kun, -chan, -san, or place names, etc. that are just better off in the original language (brother vs. onii-chan). For instance, “Shut up, baka, no one cares” just sounds wrong to me. .Regarding my audience, I generally don't like to write non-Rated-M stories. This is because I believe that Romance is very much a physical connection as it is a mental connection and without the other, it just feels incomplete. I apologize to the younger audiences, but first base is not a satisfactory end to my stories! Also, my love scenes are more on the rough side. It's honestly just personal preference .I think Yaoi is hot, but I'm not likely to write one! I prefer throwing Original Characters into the story pond and letting the ripples unfold! Sorry Yaoi-lovers!

Oh! And I absolutely love reviews! :) As probably the rest of you all are, I am an aspiring writer. I would very much like to know what you like or didn’t like about my stories! It helps me improve as a writer so that I may bring better stories to you in the future! On that same note, I am aware that there are grammatical errors and typos throughout the story that I haven’t edited. This is because if I go back and reread what I wrote as a I writer, I become a reader and it really screws with my writing. .

Also feel free to send me a PM about anything at all from “how’s the weather” to “I hate your writing”! Though...I do appreciate if you also tell me why you disliked it! :)
