OK so I tried to do this in the crossover section butit wouldn't let me so I am putting this under sailor moon but it is a static shock and sailor moon crossover. Sailor moon defeats galaxia and is returned to earth yet again with lost memories and desides to go to the city of Dakota after a strange man tries to kidnap her where, (guess what!) she meets The sexy Hotstreak, woohoo!
