Land of the Forsaken SYOC Application Form-

Name: Both first and last. Nicknames can be added onto this in parenthesis. Example: Jesse (Jess) Williams

Age: Pretty self explanatory Example: 16

Gender: Put their sex and gender they identify as please. Example: Male, Male

Username: What they are called in game and will appear over their head or in PMs. Example: Jinx

Race: Pretty much anything from a high fantasy story. If that doesn't make sense, anything you'd see in Lord of the Rings or Dungeons and Dragons. Examples: Drow, Elf, Dwarf, etc. I will tell you if it is something I am unfamiliar with or if you need to change it.

Bio: Their background/history. This may be a bit boring for some, but please, at least try to add some pizaz

Appearance: What they look like both in game and out of game. Clothing in game is unnecessary.

Personality: What they are like. I want similes and examples to go along with description. It helps me figure it out. Example: He was a wallflower, the type of person to simply stay hidden at parties and not to make an unwanted scene of himself.

Nationality: Where they are from. Example: America, Canada, Japan, etc.

Class: What class they are. You may want to look up Dungeons and Dragons class types. Sorcerer, Rouge, etc.
