This started as a 30-day challenge to post something 1000 words or less every day from a one-word prompt. I extended the challenge to 40 days, and now that I'm in school I find this too much fun to stop completely, and so I will be trying to update every weekend or every other weekend at the very least. Most of them are Legolas - Thranduil centered!

After being chased by a pack of Orcs, a group of Rangers decides the best (and only) course of action is to run headlong into Mirkwood with only Aragorn's word that the elves won't let them die in there. Somehow, Aragorn is both correct and incorrect about his promise at the same times.

After the longest winter of their lives, Legolas and Gimli - more weary and more damaged than ever before - return to Minas Tirith so that they might continue their interrupted plans with Aragorn. Instead they get waylaid, try their hand at investigating a murder and get dragged once more into danger and intrigue. Mystery and humour, friendship... just as always.

"Legolas you are not going, and that is final!" Deciding whether or not to allow Legolas on the quest was a bit more complicated than the hobbits saw at the council.

"Estel gave a small twitch in his sleep and Elrond smiled, "Fear not, we will never lose hope." Elrond suspicions of the darkness in Mirkwood are finally confirmed when Legolas and friends visit for the first time in many years.

When someone tries to steal something important from Legolas, Halbarad learns a lesson about the elf and his horse. Characters: Aragorn, Legolas, Halbarad, two horses, and one thief.

Elrond is fed up with all the catastrophes and has come up with a solution. It does not really work, and so the next kidnapping is inevitable. Now Elrond is annoyed, Aragorn and Legolas are bored – and the kidnappers quickly see that they made a mistake.

A curious elf and a roving ranger meet and decide to travel together. They could not know that such a decision would not only change their lives but also alter Middle-earth forever.

Just an ordinary day in the lives of Legolas and Aragorn, as seen through the eyes of Arwen and Thranduil.

Aragorn attempts to hide an illness from an injured Legolas, with nearly tragic results for both of them. No slash. Inspired by January Teitho contest.

Legolas comes to Rivendell to after an ill fated patrol in Mirkwood leaves him with terrible memories that keep him from fully healing. No slash. Second place winner in December Teitho contest.

A young Estel and his brothers travel to Mirkwood to participate in an archery tournament, and Estel and Legolas meet for the first time. Based on a reference made in What Hope I Can Offer. Contains spoilers to The Hobbit.

Legolas goes to visit Rivendell, and predictably, trouble follows him there.

Aragorn had been trying for almost his whole life to beat his brothers and best friend at hiding while they tracked him. After losing every single time, the now experienced ranger has a new plan to win this latest game of Hiding and Seeking.

Cooking is a highly prized hobby amongst all hobbits and as a result, young Peregrin Took decides that it’s high time he taught the King of Gondor the finer arts of cooking. With Legolas caught up in the mix however, things don’t exactly go to plan.

Summary: Estel goes too far one day and as a result, Legolas decides that it’s time for operation ‘Pay back.’ Estel had better watch out because what Legolas has in mind certainly won’t be pretty. To say the least, it’ll be humiliating.

As the Ring heads South, the Fellowship learn about the depth of the friendship between Aragorn and Legolas

*Complete* Legolas and Aragorn must use the trees to make their escape after Legolas is wounded. After meeting up with Elladan and Elrohir on the way, the four try to make it back to Rivendell unscathed.

*COMPLETE* A man full of hatred and bent on revenge is after Aragorn and will stop at nothing to see the king of Gondor completely destroyed!
