Lightning Farron/Snow Villiers Final Fantasy XIII AU that takes place after the events of Final Fantasy: Lightning Returns. Flashbacks will be canon, but will contain thoughts that diverge from canon. This fanfic is my personal take on what I would like to happen, and from judging on interactions. Having met before on this new world they can't help but think perhaps this new world should be lived in freedom of even themselves. Hope and Lightning think so, to bad fate doesn't agree. During their adventure together, Hope and Lightning come to learn some interesting things about themselves...and each other.

"I'll wait forever for you if that's how long it takes." Easier said than done, especially after hundreds of years, waiting and living with the torment of what could never be. But such was the fate of two people who never should have fallen in love. Timing had never been right, and with the world ending, all Snow can wonder is if it will ever be his and Lightning's time.

I got the idea from hearing about the Thirteen Days from the game. An alternative world of Final Fantasy XIII. Basically it's a story of what happens within the thirteen days of the Fireworks Festival. Hope and his mother were going to visit Bodhum on vacation, until tragedy happens and Lightning has to take care of Hope. There's more to it about the story, you'll see and find out.

Lightning Farron just wanted to save some people from the purge, but she didn't know that she'll end up going on a big journey to fight against her own fate. Onesided HopexLight, but fluff nonethless
