What we were all hoping for after 'that' bus scene in the opening episode of season 3: CARYL all the way! A little smut, a little sweetness and the pairing of Carol and Daryl - what more could you ask for?

Daryl's thoughts after Joe's 'cat' statement. He reflects on himself, and on Carol. Will they find their way back to each other? Will they be able to overcome the demons they're both carrying? CARYL

Carol and Daryl go on a run to get supplies for Judith and nothing goes as planned when they get attacked. [Reverse What If Scenario]

"Axel," Glenn started, "You've been following Carol around like a shadow. All I'm saying is that I wouldn't annoy the extremely protective guy with a crossbow permanently attached to his arm." Glenn and Carl take it upon themselves to have a friendly discussion with Axel. This story will be told from the POV of several characters, but with eventual Carol/Daryl.

My version of how Daryl reacts to the news of Carol leaving the group, along with a story of their growing relationship afterwards.

After S4 episode "Isolation." Daryl returns to the Prison and Carol has to face the consequences of her actions as he is tasked with carrying out the sentence handed down by the new Council. Oh, it's on, fellow Carylers. S4 the way it should be... Spoiler Warning: Plot points for S4 Eps. revealed within.

SPOILERS through 4x10 Inmates! AU after that point, though spoilers for later episodes may exist, too. The prison group reunites. Rating upped to M for language, violence, and adult themes.

Daryl returns from his supply run for medicine that the prison desperately needs to find that Rick has banished Carol for killing Karen and David. He then sets out to find her. But when he does, what does he decide to do about the situation that she's placed herself in.

Caryl (primarily) AU. In your 20's you're still growing up, in your 30's your an adult, but no one explains to you exactly what it means when you cross over to being "of a certain age" and you still feel just the same as you did before. Some would say that the excitement of your life is over, but really it's just beginning. M for language, sexual content, etc.

Carol's tired. Tired of waiting for Daryl. So, when she let's someone else love her, desire her, want her...what will Daryl think? Will Carol even care? What makes everyone think she's the lucky one to have Daryl pay attention to her? Even in sleep Carol knew when the dream was starting. The quiet moment of peace is what told her something was terribly wrong. Rating is likely overkill - language and violence.

After Daryl left Joe's group he found Tyreese, Carol, and Judith. Starting with one awkward night together, Daryl and Carol start slowly building on their romance. (Rated M mostly for language and light adult scenes)

Fighting back old demons, battling walkers, and finding the hope (and the people) he needed to go on in his bleak world is what the days in the life of Daryl Dixon are all about. Reunion and Caryl fic, set post "Alone." Rated M for dark themes and language.

Carol and Daryl have always had a complicated relationship, but it just went to a whole new level. When a freak snowstorm blows through, the duo is forced to take shelter quickly, but lucky for them, there's a crackling fire and a bottle of wine to help them pass the time. "The adrenaline-fueled resolution that charged his limbs lapsed step by step until the frantic brunt of his gait devolved into an angled stumble. With a guttural rustle, his stomach jolted, cheeks puffed, knees buckled and he keeled over on all fours, puking fluids." Daryl confronts Rick and busts out of the prison gates to track Carol only to come across with his worst nightmare.

Post 4x08, "Too Far Gone" - the reunion

Carol did what she had to do. Right or wrong, it was done. Obligatory post-abandonment story. Spoilers through 4x04 Indifference. Rating for language and adult themes.

Daryl Dixon hated hospitals. He hated the way they smelled. He hated the bright fluorescent lights. He hated those stupid gowns they put you in. He hated all the sick people wandering around. But mostly he hated the way those doctors and nurses looked at him, like he was just another trashy, redneck junkie trying to score a prescription for Oxy. AU, no zombies

Daryl breaks his leg on a run and Carol takes care of him while he heals.

Daryl and Carol have been through a lot together in their time on the run with the group. Each has had life altering moments that have changed how they think and feel about each other. Both have something to prove, but can they ever get past the damage that has burdened them for so long?

With the loss of her daughter, Carol finds herself questioning her role in the group, her identity, and her unique connection with Daryl. Daryl just wishes things were simpler. Picks up right after "Beside the Dying Fire." Caryl, M.

Daryl is her best friend, her protector, her drinking buddy, her bed mate, her everything but he's not her boyfriend. Grace barely thinks twice when he shows up and demands they leave together. Why should she? He's always taken care of her before.
