I have wanted to write this from Beast's perspective ever since I did so from Belle's. I was going to wait until the live-action film comes out next year to see its interpretation of the scene, but ultimately decided to go with the iteration that I know. Enjoy!

A modern take and combination of the Disney Beauty and the Beast and the original fairy tale. This proves that love is truly a tale as old as time and can over come anything, no matter what time period it takes place in.

This is a creation for my inner child, who always wondered what happened to Belle and her prince after they stopped dancing. I did my best to honor the character development already established by the movie. To me, Disney's Beauty and the Beast is one of THE great love stories. This a direct continuation of the story, picking up just moments after the movie ends.

Adam's not fully accustomed to being human again. Belle helps to remind him, bit by bit.

The little town Belle and her father have moved to hasn't seen the Prince for years, but when he suddenly decides to host a ball Belle's curiosity gets the better of her. Though the mysterious Royal has the right to choose his bride from the many guests, she isn't fond of being forced to stay against her will, and the Beast is not used to hearing the word No.

This is the classic story of love behind the monster, but with this version, I have decided to take best aspects of the different versions of the story, some you'd know, others that may be only known to a hard-core Beauty and the Beast fan. Hope you enjoy, and sorry about lack of summery, but you all know the story.

Belle is saved from the wolves by the Beast, but is injured and becomes ill as a result. Because of this, though, Belle is unknowingly able to find the chink in the Beast's hard heart and begin their odd relationship. A larger look at Belle and the Beast's lives with expanded movie scenes and original chapters beginning from just after the wolf chase and past the movie's end.

An extension of the scene by the fireplace after the snowball fight. Belle will not give up so easily on the mystery of the rose.

In honor of BatB's 20th anniversary, I wrote what is probably the hardest thing I've ever done, getting inside Belle's head during the Beast's transformation.
