-waves- hey everyone, i'm Rose, 25 years old from Memphis, TN. i've recently graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Psychology; Minors in Community Counseling, History, and Theatre.
I've both written and read fanfiction for at least 10 years if not more. My first step into the world of fanfiction came when I saw CATS on PBS; I was in love with everything about it and wanted to know more...where better to turn than a fanfiction community haha.
Since then, I've broadened the horizon of my love for fanfiction to include pretty much every genre imaginable.

My current favorite shows/movies to read fanfiction about are:

Television Shows:
Law and Order (all of them, but especially CI), NCIS, Criminal Minds, Cold Case, CSI (all of them), Queer as Folk, The L Word, Mad Men

Favorite Movies and Musicals:
Anything Disney! especially Beauty and the Beast..that will ALWAYS be one of my favorite movies, no matter how many times I watch it. Anastasia, Sweeney Todd, Chicago, CATS, Phantom of the Opera, The Producers, RENT, Wicked, Legally Blonde, American Idiot, Across the Universe, Hairspray, Boy From Oz

As you can see, I love musicals heh, I was raised on them and for all of my 25 years, I've never stopped listening to them.

Now let's get to the fun part of the profile, where I list the various pairings I love reading and some I've even written.

NCIS - Gibbs/Abby, where do I start with these two...I stumbled upon NCIS when USA had a marathon on, and as soon as I saw both of them on screen at the same time, I knew they had to be together. I later found a LiveJournal community dedicated to this wonderful pairing and have made some life long friends on there :) love you guys!!

Cold Case - Scotty/Kat, and anything with Nick Vera in it. I don't know why I like Nick so much, but he's fun to read, even though there aren't that many stories featuring him.

Criminal Minds - here's where it gets a little tricky; I've always been a Garcia/Morgan girl, but lately I've found that Hotch/Garcia is almost more fun to read, and I'm finding that I like Prentiss/Rossi. I will probably add more to this list once I finish going through all the Prentiss/Rossi stories.

CSI - Grissom/Sara, they were my original favorite television pairing and I wrote my first fanfic based off of them :)

Law and Order: CI - Goren/Eames or Bobby/Alex, which ever way you look at it. This pairing is also really close to my heart and I was so sad to see them both leave the show :(

I've read and written some other pairings, but those above are my favorites. Over time, I'm going to post some of my short drabble type stuff that I've posted in the Gibbs/Abby community, as well as some stuff that has been in the works for a long time.
