Four Eaton lives for two things: street racing and cars. Street racing is illegal in Toronto where Four lives but he is still determined as ever to compete against other racers. It doesn't matter that his dad happens to lead the government. Four is a closed off, but alluring Junior who deals with not so average situations, especially ones that involve a certain blonde.

Tris Prior is in an accident that kills her entire family, leaving her in foster care. Tris now has to balance being abused by her new foster brother Peter along with high school.
