I read a lot of fanfics Xander Centered and found very few likeable.
So i wont to read some good fanfic and maybe some good soul will write one that id like. So
Buffy: The Vampire Slayer Challenge:
First must be B\X. Mostly canon, no Crossovers, no super powers and all things like that. Just made X little bit smarter. Not science smart, but more profiling smart. That means that he will know about W, crush on him and put an end on it. Sisters love and all that. So X must see things from From different points of view. And act as psychologist, of they group.
Second no A\B, only one sided. Well there is not much on a second, it just i wont to read on how thing work out if there were X/B from begining till the end of a show. it really intriguing, how all things will happened.

I hate "Game of the thrones" tv-series.

Dragon age challenge.
I read a lot of Dragon age fics, some good some bad, but almost all of them follow strictly cannon line of events, and main characters do not think outside the box so to say. They just follow the plot of game, all standard choices and solutions, and that hell of annoying.

Then there is time line, main character always and i mean Always come in time. All the events that happened in the game happens or start to happen only when Main character comes, and this is a lot more frustrating. I mean how hard to write scene where Main character come to late and takes what he could get, or deal with the consequences of his late arrival. Or came too early a deal with problems a lot easier, and gain a lot more then should have. So here it is:

-First: Main character is Aedan Cousland, he must be smart, ambitious, cunning and ruthless.

-Second: Aedan Cousland do not become grey warden. In cannon his becoming grey warden is ridiculous, he could run on his own he didn't need help of Duncan to this. So Aedan Cousland NO Grey Warden. Survival of his family depends on Authors will

-Third: He should lead rebellion against Loghain, and win him as fast as possible, use his smart, ambitious, cunning and ruthless thinking and methods to win.

-Fourth: No Grey Warden as main character of the Game. Aedan Cousland must himself or thru his followers, gather an army needed to fight the blight.

-Fifth: Like i sad earlier, Aedan must not keep up everywhere, some places he must be late some earlier.

-Six: Aedan should became a King.

-Seven: As I said before thinking outside the box he could attract Orlesian Grey Wardens to kill the Archdemon.

-And final pleas do not stop after Archdemon is dead soon will be released the third part of the game.

A song of ice and fire challenge.
There is not much to to this challenge except that i want to read about Tyrion Lannister if he'd born not a dwarf but with average height, and his mother live through his birth. Would he be this typical Lannister or will he be something more, as an beloved son of both parents and heir to a Castle Rock?

About A song of Ice and Fire fanfiction:

I love some of the "Song of ice and fire" fanfics. There are really nice jewels there, that are definitely worth to read.
But, most of "Song of ice and fire" giving me nightmares, and i mean it. About pairings i already mentioned some times it get even worse. Author cant write "Song of ice and fire" with the clear mind without bashing characters, even if they do not write about it and deny it, nevertheless they still do it.

For exemple, if you read fanfics with Robb Stark as main character, in most cases you will see, Stupid, Ignorant, Evil and all sort of bad Lannisters. They so much out of character that it is not even funny, it rises questions, who is this Character who wears Tywin Lannister face? Or any other Lannister faces? Or some time who is this Robb Stark that suddenly smarter, more skilled and completely genius over all others? Other Starks are also suddenly do not have any flaws that was before, but now they became Role model to all.

Most writers that writes about "Song of ice and fire" cant do it without showing their dislike for characters that cloud their judgment. They cant do justice to All characters that George R. R. Martin, spend YEARS creating. But reading nonsense, that most writers of this fandom writes, i want to call "warhammer 40k holy inquisition" and order for Exterminatus!

After reading so many nonsense, i can understand why George R. R. Martin hate fanfics about his books, Authors cant be unbiased and do justice to all charcters, without showing his(hers) dislike for character.

Do not get me wrong, like I mentioned in beginning there are stories that are really good, and definitely worth to read.

The stories that are usually bad, with few exceptions:

Stories that contains any sort of Bashing characters they are generally trash, and just not worth to read, this is prime example where Author dislike for a Character spoils the story. I am reading fanfiction over six years and most stories with bashing are suck big time, characters suddenly became pretty dumb, not because they are canon dumb, but just because Author does not like this character. Any Author worth their salt won't allow himself(herself) to bush characters just because he does not like them. Almost all good Authors that i readed is avoiding Bashing of any kind.

Most of Harem stories now this is different from Bashing because this is actually interesting line of plot that can go with many different routes, lots of fun with relationship in group and lots of philological stuff that goes in line with multiply relationships, but simple is, most people just cant write this Thread properly, and while a general plot may be good in this stories, the side relationship part with Harem, well lets just say it is not looking good in most cases.
