Hey, guys,
This is the new account for sparrowsong421 let's forget those times, shall we? since I'm a dweeb and forgot my passwords for both the account and the email address I was using so I can't get it back... it's complicated. Anyway, I sincerely hope I've improved my writing since I was, what, 15? At the very least I hope I'm not as obnoxious. I'm in college now so things are hectic but I'm hoping I can be active on here again. I've missed writing fanfiction, as nerdy as I still feel doing it.
So! If you want to know, I'm Kat and I run two roleplay blogs on tumblr: a supernatural oc blog here and a non-fandom oc blog here. I aspire to be a novelist one day, with several titles in the making. As an actual career, though, I'm looking into working for Child Protective Services. I'm a psychology major and the only first-semester freshman in my abnormal psych class awkward and I'm hoping that one day I'll get a PhD in the subject. I love learning new skills, writing (obviously), sketching, horseback riding, and singing at the top of my lungs when I'm alone. Which now I can't do because I'm never exactly alone here. If you like musicals please talk to me I haven't seen many but I have a fierce passion for the ones I have seen and I love analyzing plots and characters and symbolism and just hhhhhhhhh
I used to be part of the whole SuperWhoLock thing until Supernatural went down the toilet, Moffat ruined Doctor Who and Sherlock's just... well, it's hard to stay really involved when there are only nine episodes total. I've recently become immersed in the Marvel fandom, though, shhh I've only seen the movies and I could go on all day about the connections forming between the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy ohh my god just don't get me started. I read Homestuck faithfully for about two years before I just kinda stopped for no reason... I've watched the first three seasons of The Walking Dead, various episodes of Criminal Minds, almost all of Hannibal, some of The IT Crowd (which if you've never heard of it, is a hilarious British sit-com about a pair of idiots working in the IT department and their technologically impaired boss), and those are just the main ones. I've been told by many, many people that I need to see Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad but I haven't gotten that far yet.
Assuming I get my act together on here, I'll warn you, please do not expect regular updates. If that's what you get, then great yay go me but I've got a life. And it's crazy. And sometimes it goes to hell. And other times I have absolutely nothing better to do than write. Most - if not all - of the things I write will be rated T because I simply must with the angst and heartbreak and character torture and when it comes to that I'm just not child-friendly. So proceed with caution.
