Hi! I'm 23 years old and I live on the East Coast of the US. I'm a programmer/graphic designer that writes in her free time. I have been a nerd since I was in kindergarten and greeted my now best friend with the Vulcan ta'al. I love a lot of things, and I am wholly unashamed in the things I love. I'm a potterhead, a Starkid, a Ringer, a Treekie, a Whovian (since childhood. PBS aired the original Who and I was ecstatic when they restarted the series) A fan of Sherlock in most any iteration (unless Watson is made into a girl. That's just insulting.) and Gleek. I haven't seen any of season 4, and wasn't crazy about season 3's ending, but I still loved the show when I got to see it. I also really enjoy Merlin, (and Arthurian Legend in general) Psych, Ripper Street, Community, How I Met Your Mother, Freak and Geeks, Stargate, Musicals, and pretty much anything that Marvel does. (I learned to read from Comic books.) I'm addicted to music and love listening to anything I can get my hands on. Rock, Jazz, Pop, Indie, Classic, Rap, Alternative, Metal, I listne to anything. I'm open to talking and love to read. Seriously. I have over 200 books on my book shelves currently. I also tend to sketch pictures of characters I like and post them on my wall. (I have fifty sketches currently on my bedroom wall.) My favorite world is Harry Potter, and my favorite ship there is Fremione, mainly because I love the idea of the bookworm falling in love with the prankster. I liked the way the books went, but I HATED that Luna and Neville didn't get together. I loved three seasons of glee. LOVED it. Klaine was my favorite but I haven't got to see any of the new because I only have Netflix now. (I got to watch the other three seasons live but for financial reasons I had to drop cable.) Is it worth seeing? Starkids are my heroes in life. I was one of the first hundred to see AVPM (before they took it down and put it back up) and I have followed and admired them ever since. They're inspirational and show that your crazy dreams can come true if you try. I'm an INTJ which means I'm a really quiet person irl and I don't do much talking. I express myself through art and writing. So, read a story or shoot me a question, either way, have fun, geek out, and lets all get up to no good ;) |
