It annoyed me. It agitated me. It just fucking pissed me off at how she was ignoring me! I needed to show her she can not always do whatever she wants. I needed to show her that there are consequences to irritating me. Why? Because whether she knew it or not, SHE was MINE and MINE alone. WIP.

His tongue darts out to slide across her mouth and part her lips. Slick and wet. Her small palms push him away, a needed distance to think correctly. "No...Mako-we can't." It was absolute that she wanted this just as bad as he. "Why are you fighting it?" He grunts. "You and I both know we can't go on living like this, like we don't care about each other."

AU - Korra is quick to make friends with Bolin when their paths cross her first day in Republic City, thought the same can't be said for his brother; Mako is rarely around and seems very skittish around the young Avatar. Meanwhile, Equalist activity is on the rise and Korra has a job to do that just seems to get more and more complicated as time passes.

As the Avatar, it was Korra's responsibility to maintain harmony. While she helped Republic City win against Amon, she lost her bending. Upon her return to the Southern Water Tribe she connects with Avatar Aang and regains her full Avatar powers once again. Mako and Korra kiss passionately, and then things get awkward when they are found in a very compromising position.

Korra helps Mako and Bolin move back into their old apartment after it's fixed, but when Bolin leaves Korra and Mako alone, things get heated. Lemon. I own nothing.
