Update-a-roonies!

Happy middle of July. I've done some summer cleaning around here and decided to nix the fics that I've completely lost interest in. What we're left with is a pitiful selection, I must admit. However, considering I'm currently concentrating on original works, I don't need a lot here to worry about. With "Ancient Coven" completed, that's one less thing on my To-Do list.

Happy New Year! And I can still say that because this year is only 24 days old.

So "Ancient Coven" is coming along nicely and is going as planned for the time being. So far the most major epiphany is that I've managed to figure out how the hell I'm going to tie everything together and end this thing. Huzzah! Don't worry, though... that's still a number of chapters away. This story has taken on an amazing life of its own. I never imagined it would become this complicated or this long. I've really branched out in respect to chapter length. Before AC, I was lucky to have a 13 page update. Now I don't feel right unless that update is at least 15. It makes me feel as though I just haven't said enough. That's good for a long read but not so good for quick updates.

Also, sorry for how long it sometimes takes between updates. That last one was a long time in coming. I've started Chapter 13 already and it's about 1700 words. Not bad for a sitting. I know what I want to accomplish with this one and I truly hope it won't let anyone down. It also will explain a few things from the previous chapter that had a couple people confused. (It was all as planned! I promise.)

I enjoy writing very much and am always looking to improve myself. If you have actual constructive critz to give me, feel free to either leave a comment on a story or you can also email or PM me through ff.net. Any flames or just plain mean comments will be ignored or, most likely, highly mocked. Be aware of this. If you just plain don't like my story and can't suggest something civil to improve it, don't leave a comment.
