Retired military, writing my own stuff after getting tired of the stuff in print. Thinking I can do better, I'm learning that it is not as easy as it seems. Fortunately, a Star Trek club newsletter likes my stuff and wants more. This gives me the incentive to learn more about writing and to keep trying. It is getting better, I think... As it is a monthly series, it gets a bit repetitious with introducing people.
