Hullo there, stranger and welcome to my profile. My name is 221b.homeless.network and I will be your conductor for this evening. If you couldn't already tell, I'm a pretty big fan of the Sherlock Holmes canon. Now, I'm not ashamed to admit that I don't know everything about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle or his illustrious character, but I've come to adore the series nonetheless. I came to the fandom a little in a backwards manner, falling in love first with Guy Ritchie's adaptation of Sherlock Holmes. Then came the BBC series Sherlock, which I will confess, I really disliked at first, but lo and behold it grew on me. I'm in the process of reading Doyle's actual works now, so I'm getting there. One thing at a time.

It's because of my love for Sherlock Holmes that I decided to create this account. That, and well, frankly, I was bored. It was either this, or shoot the wall. (Only joking.) So let me take you on a journey, on an adventure, in the hopes that perhaps by the end, you and I both will be a bit less bored.
