Author has written 10 stories for Stargate: Atlantis, and Star Wars. Well, I'm an avid science fiction fan. You name most of the popular ones, and a few of the less well known ones as well, and I like them. I'm also a fan on Anne McCaffrey stories, particularly the Dragons of Pern series, but I won't be writing an fics based on that particular plot. I write as a hobby, so don't expect great masterpieces, or regular posting. I'm usually at least one chapter ahead of what I've posted on here, and sometimes further, so don't worry about me finishing a fic I start. More often than not I’ve got the entire thing written before posting. I try and make sure I keep up all of the stories I’ve got on the go. Anyway, the current stories I'm working on are: Stargate Atlantis As you can probably tell me reading these, I particularly like writing fics with Rodney and John as close friends. I couldn't stand the end of Trinity, but though I previously said I would pretend it hadn't happened, I've got a fic in the works set just after it as I changed my mind. Lucky Findings - Based on the plot up until the second part of The Siege. I started writing this before the concluding part aired in England, so I didn't know all the facts, but oh well; it is my story after all. :) Long Journey Home - A sequel to Lucky Findings, set after Duet, but before Trinity, with all the changes to the timeline described above. During a test of the weapons found previously, Rodney, Ford and John get stranded a long way from Atlantis in a jumper, and three days from the nearest gate. Now the Daedalus is searching for them and flew straight past, and Rodney and John become a little closer. This now includes the most random argument I've ever written! Warning: Contains a character death, but it’s quick, perhaps unfairly abrupt, but I needed to get roughly in line with the canon plot line. I've Been Here Before - The next one in my series, set not long after the end of the Long Journey Home, but before Trinity. Based a little on the Window of Opportunity SG1 Episode, Rodney is stuck in a time loop where he has to witness Atlantis being defeated by the Genii time and again. This is a bit of shameless Rodney torturing. Contains character deaths, very descriptive at one point, but not excessive (in my opinion). Sacrifices - What would you give to clean the galaxy of a great evil? This is a relatively short story that won't be carried through in my timeline. This is another Rodney and John friendship fic. Beep - Completely off my AU timeline, this is set in an unspecified part of the third season, purely for timing purposes. Not sure where I got the idea for this, it was one of those stories which came to me suddenly and I had to write it down before I forgot it. A one shot story and not long at that. Be warned it is quite sad. The Fallen - Atlantis has fallen, and only Dr Weir has survived. Another one of those sudden stories that had to be written down before it was lost. Not included in my AU timeline. Contains slight SheppardWeir, if you look for it. Warning: Multiple character death. Too Much - Sometimes, even the strongest of people can find everything too much, and some promises that cannot be kept should never be made. Okay, I admit that's not the best description in the world, but I'm not quite sure what else to put. Another fic off my main AU timeline (yes, I will get back to it, at some point...) Includes the MckayBrown relationship, which I actually rather like and think was a good idea from the writers. Warning: Contains character suicide. Nothing Matters, You Are Here - Sometimes just being there is all that matters, no matter how long it takes you to get there. A very short fic, written as SheppardWeir, though you can see it as pretty much any relationship that isn't slash. Warning: Lightly inferred violence and torture. Selfless - Some people will give all they have to keep others safe. An ambiguous end, open to whatever interpretation you prefer. Star Wars Last Stand of the Jedi - A short story based on Star Wars Episode III. Essentially tells the tale of the last stand of the Jedi (duh!) in the Jedi temple, from the point of view of a previously unknown character. I think that's all of them (I didn't realise I had done so many :s). Stay tuned for (possible) further updates. |
