Author has written 3 stories for Fairy Tail.
Hey everyone :)
I was never a great writer but I decided I should give it a try. You can never learn if you at least don't try it, right?
I hope I'm going to meet many fun people here.
If you have any questions, go ahead and ask me! :)
Also if you have any requests or ideas you would want me to try and write down, suggest them.
Here is a bit you should know about the way I write my stories.
I like to keep the stories short. Which means not too many chapters.
I noticed that if a story is longer than 10 chapter I lose interest in it and find another story, which is a shame.
So I though what if there are more people like me? Better try to keep my story as short as possible, with not too long or too short chapters.
Also updating regularly is of importance. No one wants to have to read through the last 5 chapters only so they could remember what happened last time.
And of course I noticed that it's pretty hard to follow all the steps. Especially the chapter amount and the releasing. x.x
For now every time I thought I could be done with just three chapters, I ended up releasing the double of it.
This always happens because I write more than I plan, especially since I don't want to leave you guys unsatisfied, by rushing through the story, leaving too many blanks and making you think "Did this person even go to school?". O.o
Unfortunately that already happened to me once, when I tried to write my first ff about seven or eight years ago. The first review I got made me give up writing ffs for so long, because it was really mean, hurting me in the process. So I was like, why should I try and write something if people are going to say such mean stuff towards me?
But hey seven years later and here I am again, writing the shit out of lemons and this time I'm prepared for negative critique!! So come at me! :P
And that's the next point I want to talk about: Reviews!
Reviews are very importan, no matter if they are negative or positive!
But you should alway keep in mind, that there are people who still can't deal with just bad critique (like me in the past), and maybe your critique will be the reason for them to give up on writing. So to avoid this, try to always review the chapters of the story, by mentioning a positive and a negative aspect, something like "Hey great story, really like the idea! The only thing you have to work on is your grammar a bit, but hey keep it up!" or something like "I loved the way you pictured character XX but it would be really great if you could go more into detail. I'm looking forward to the next chapter!".
If you have nothing nice to say, then just don't review, because there are always going to be people who actually enjoy the story and it would be a shame if your review would make the person stop writing, especially if no one of the nice people reviewed.
And that's the next point. ALWAYS TRY TO REVIEW! Encouraging words are what people need, to keep going on with their story or with their writing. Some people don't get how happy a review can make you even if it's more of a critique than positive words, because someone actually took time to appreciate your work and talk to you about it. EVERY REVIEW MATTERS, the ones with only 2 words like "Good job!" and especially the ones where you take your time to write a couple of sentences.
Well, I hope I said everything I've got to say. :)
And that there are people who understand what I mean by all this. xD
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the stories I write. And of course...review! ;)
