This story will follow the exploits of Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene after the fall of the prison in the Season 4 Midseason Finale. Having lost their home, their family, and friends, Daryl and Beth are forced to set out on their own. The brutality of their world and their survival instincts will set them on a course to form a bond they never expected.

But Louis has other ideas when he has a run-in with a porcupine and has to go see the new vet in town, Dr. Beth Greene.

"I was waiting," he says, his mouth dry. "Waiting for what?" "You," there's no use denying it any longer. She knows, she has to. When Daryl finds Beth, he has to let go of his demons, even if that means letting go of her.

Bethyl AU. Following the death of his wife, under the crushing weight of medical bills and debt, Hershel battles old demons and finds himself spiraling downward into the bottom of a bottle - where he ends up owing money to a certain rough-and-tumble pair of brothers. With her sister away at school, Beth has to put her own dreams on hold and try and pick up the pieces.

Set after "Too Far Gone," Daryl and Beth are on the run, fighting to survive and fighting to find the others. But they find that they could never have imagined the obstacles they would face; obstacles that will test their faith and humanity, as well as themselves.

This story is based off of the Walking Dead and it is my version of what happens after season 4 ends. It starts off with Daryl and Beth fleeing the prison after the Governor attacks and slowly builds a relationship between them. Then, it follows Beth and Daryl once they are separated and how they manage to be reunited.

Relationships aren't the same as they were in the old world, but Beth and Daryl will take what they can get. A series of interrelated Bethyl moments.

Beth and Daryl are reunited in Alexandria but can they figure out a way to bridge the gap in their relationship? Beth seems broken and Daryl is just angry. Can they navigate their relationship now that they are back together? Beth is no longer the doe-eyed innocent from before. Daryl is no longer the brooding angry soul. What does all this mean for them? Rating may change.

She walked into the room like she owned the place. Her eyes were focused and her movements precise. She seems to ooze confidence as she walked with a tight little smile playing on her lips and her hips swaying back and forth. She knew exactly what she wanted and she was headed right for him. His eyes never leave her and hers never leaves his when she finds him in the crowd. Beth finds her way to Terminus and the first thing she seeks out whilst Maggie embraces her is him. Bethyl.

A twist of fate brings them back together, and Daryl is eighteen all over again. It's his last chance to win her back, and Daryl will do whatever it takes. Unable to find any other survivors Beth and Daryl head out alone and begin to learn how one can bear to live in this new world. Canon divergence after 'Still'.

Daryl Dixon has a pretty bad hand at life, he's stuck at AA with his abusive father, when he meets Beth. Maybe the only person who can understand him, Daryl sets out to save her from her own self-destruction. We'll look at family dynamics and the importance of relying on someone else. non-apocalyptic.

Daryl had everything, he had his wife and his infant daughter. They were safe, and everything was going to be totally fine. What is acting normally, and what do they mean to each other now that their excuse to be around each other doesn't exist? Bethyl 90's AU. "Who are you in the dark? Who are you when nobody is around to see or judge or remember? Everyone can lie and spew off how good and true they'd be, and that's fine, if it helps them sleep better at night. But it's heartbreaking if we can't be really, truthfully honest with ourselves."

She held back a giggle as a particularly loud rasp echoed into the still. She had to bite down on the inside of her cheek as a soft snuffling issued. The sound was not unlike that of baby calf nosing for his mother's udder as the man shifted behind her, burying his face into the tangle of her ponytail before the soft snores resumed.

Bethyl! Looking over her shoulder she could see his legs, tangled in the sheets from earlier activities and finally resting after months stuck in a perpetual doomsday. They were safe now. She couldn't miss that sleeping. But her small lips weren't smiling. She was just restless, an earth-real being trapped in this world. And there was nothing that he could do to save her.

AU. Daryl is a lone wolf, the last lone wolf walking the country. Not long ago he was part of a family but hardships, deaths and family secrets have pushed him out of his family and to a life alone. When an unexpected call from home alerts him to a serious and secret emergency, Daryl wonders if anything has changed. Maybe even her. BETHYL.

As Andrea had said so eloquently long ago, "The pain doesn't go away...you just make room for it." And that's exactly what Beth intended to do; she only hoped it would make her stronger in the end though. Bethyl (Mid-Season Cont.)

Things are finally coming together. Beth is basically a big ole bundle of nerves and desires and she's not sure how to tell him any of this. So she just settles on being matter-of-fact and hopes to God it helps. Final in the series of Relativity, Gravity and Chaos. Beth/Daryl UST. COMPLETE
