This is a ghetto version of Cinderella. Cinderellaniqua is a poor, oppressed girl in the hood. She wants to go to Lil' JQ's party, but can't. But her fairy godmother gives her an outfit and a car to get there. Not trying to be offensive; it's just a parody.
