What can I say? Well I'm addicted to femslash with my favourite pairings being Alex/Olivia (SVU), Janeway/Seven (ST:Voy), Lindsay/Cindy (WMC), Barbara/Helen (BoP), Hoshi/T'Pol (ST:Ent), Sarah/Cameron (T:SCC), Emily/JJ (CM - but as there aren't many happy stories with this couple I don't read much to do with this pair). Other shows I absolutely adore are The Mentalist, Castle, Sanctuary, CSI (but when Grissom was there, it just seems dull now even though I do like Laurance...) and of course Xena/Gabrielle. Basically I love Scifi and crime dramas and in particular shows with strong women in them. I am thankful that there are so many excellent writers who turn subtext into maintext but I do have a slight wish that some networks would grow a pair and at not be afraid to have a lesbian main character or I shoud say a main female character who just happened to also be a lesbian. I for one would have been doing cartwheels if Nikki and Nora had of happened!

So clearly I spend too much time watching American TV shows (but then decent British shows are few and far between - which isn't really my point, my point is that I spend too much time watching telly!) and even more time reading excellent femslash fanfiction (but not too much as that isn't possible). Unfortunately I can't write fiction/create videos/manipulations to save my life otherwise I would love to contribute to the growing femslash community beyond simply being a spectator.

Oh yeah, I guess its worth saying I'm female, a (single unfortunately) lesbian and live in Wales (Cardiff) but I'm from England (Robin Hood country: i.e. Nottnghamshire).
