I got the idea for my username from Irish legends. The good folk is the name the Irish gave to faeries. Faeries were very mischievous using their magic to harm and annoy others. So in an attempt to placate any fairy a person would come across, one would show faeries respect by calling them the good folk.

About me: I'm a young adult enlisted in the army. My MOS or job is 25Sierra(25S). Twenty-five means communications and Sierra means the type of communications, satellite. My full job title is Satellite Communications Operator/Maintainer.

When I look for stories to read, I first go by topic, something that catches my interest meaning I place great value in how a story is described and I recommend all authors put work into their summaries. Right now I'm drawn by lengthy romance most of all. After a story has been selected, I judge the story by concept/plot first, then how the story is paces/structured, and lastly how grammatically correct the story is. If one of the first two aren't up to my standard, I will not read beyond the first or second chapter.

My favorite book is Peter the Great: His Life and World.

I'm heavily into e-Sports, specifically Starcraft 2 competition. Although I don't do well, I find it both very fun to play and watch.
