Tony gets kidnapped. Steve does his best to get him back. In which no one dies and there is cuddling. There's some torture, though.

Tony has never had anyone to hug him before. He doesn't quite know how. Now that he has a family, this is something that needs to change.

So maybe everything didn't work out perfectly for Harry. Still, most of his friends survived, he'd gotten married, and was about to become a father. If only he'd have stayed away from the Veil, he wouldn't have had to go back and do everything AGAIN.
