And here, I'm supposed to let you know more about myself, yes?

But before that, feel free to take a seat anywhere you'd like on the fancy leather couches, grab some snacks, make yourself comfortable, and –

Well. This is awkward.

Name: Sable would work best as a pseudonym. My real name is pretty close to my online title, but I'd prefer not to say it here. I know, I know, Internet safety is actually a bunch of bullsh*t, but I simply don't feel there's a need to reveal it here unless you know me very well. :p

Age: Not that old. Young. Kind of stupid. Tries to act wise. Or, what you'd call an "adolescent" or "teenager".

Birthday: Second-to-last day of the year, woo-hoo!

Appearance: Imagine a skinny young teen girl with medium tone skin, mostly straight dark brown hair just above the waist, and brown eyes. And depending on how you conjured up that vague description in your mind, that may or may not look like me.

As a Person: I'm generally very friendly and rarely bite! I seem fairly quiet and reserved to strangers in real life, and am more of a loner. Online, I'm much more bubbly, direct, and open. I sure can be hyper and annoying as hell sometimes though, and I know it, in which case I try to calm myself down but it can be hard to deal with me at times. xp I'm interested in literature, art, science, and technology. I also have insomnia and on-and-off phases of depression and whatnot, so I have a more thoughtful, dark side (especially when I pick up a pencil and start jotting angsty story ideas down at 2 in the morning while listening to sad songs) which I like to filter out by expressing those emotions in my writing. Overall, I can be snappy and impatient if you push me too far, but I try my best not to. I'm a pretty laid back, easygoing person who likes laughing, talking, and meeting new people. c:

As a FanFiction.net Member: I'm an aspiring writer as well as an avid reader. I've always loved to read and write, and especially since I'm not a very verbal or expressive person in real life, writing gives me an opportunity to convey what I want in limitless, creative ways. You can expect some fanfics from me in various fandoms since I do move around quite often, but I really try not to abandon any of my stories because I know how hard and annoying that is for the readers. If you see a story of mine that hasn't been updated in a long time without explanation, feel free to talk to me about it if you still want to see more. Aside from that, I'm interested in most genres and am not picky about that, from something lighthearted and fluffy like comedy or friendship or romance to something darker and bitter like horror, mystery, suspense, etc. If you want me to take a look at your story and maybe leave a review or a tip, I will if I have time! c: I'm on many forums and used to be active on more, but since life caught up with me, I cut down on the time spent here. I try to review every story I read — even if it's just a short comment — because I love to see reviews on my stories and I know how important it is to other authors as well. Just a few pet peeves of mine — bad spelling/grammar/punctuation (proofreading, getting a Beta, searching online and learning more to improve, it all works wonders!), clichés, and perfect characters (also known as Mary Sues or Gary Stus). I suggest checking for things like that before you publish a story. But if you make mistakes, don't worry, we're all amateurs striving to improve and that is what we're here for! :)

If things aren't going the way you want, if you feel like giving up, or simply if you're not having a good day, then I completely understand because I've been there many times. But I promise you, the world is beautiful and there is so much to be happy about. If you're not seeing it that way yet, you should try opening up your mind, remaining optimistic and looking somewhere else because there's something or someone out there that makes it worth it. If you feel like no one's there for you sometimes, I can totally relate, but it's not true. If you want someone to talk to, I'll be that person.

To you who's seeing this — has anyone told you today that you're amazing and that even though you're imperfect just like everyone else, you're awesome just the way you are? Yes? No? Well, I guess now someone has. :p
