wow I haven't updated since 27 Aug 2011!!! thats nuts..

so much has changed since my last update, I finished University i moved to Manchester and got married in may 2015, I had a baby boy end of 2016 and now in 2018 I live outside Manchester near Crewe with my husband and my son. I practised for a few years as a nurse, learned to sew clothes (which i haven't actually done for a while :( Having a toddler is hard work..

HERE's my old profile... if you cared to read what i was like 7 years ago. I'm so much busier now if I ever thought that was possible. I have been feeling very upset about life recently and need to start writing again, I've been reading a lot of Fanfic recently and it's helping me cope but I need to feel creative again and happy. So i want to start writing :D Wish me luck guys xx

Well I guess I’ll begin with the basics eh? My name is Pooky, I am a passionate and caring woman of 20, I am studying Nursing, at the university of Hertfordshire.

I'm kind of a computer geek and I love it!!, completely computer mad and dangerously addicted to the internet, It's a crazy sort of life I lead and I can't wait to see where it leads, hopefully a job as a nurse, a family and a couple kids and a few pets :D

I haven't been on here for a while and I haven't updated in just as long. I've been so busy with work and placement and essay's and exams :( It's totally nuts :P I update as often as I can. :D

Hobbies: Knitting, reading and writing, bike riding and swimming

I love reading I spend hours just reading and reading until I can't see no more, Not good for your health you will say but I would tell you go take a hike.

I love being able to dissolve into a good book & relax after a long day stressing over things in my life. So the best thing to do, in my mind is to sit and read, lets my mind rest a little...

Otherwise, I am normal... Well to some I am a complete nutter. But I breathe, I eat, I sleep, I dream & I read an awful lot and anyhow who knows what normal means anymore.

Fav colour is Red loved it all my life probably never stop doing so...

Fav bands/artists: are 30 Seconds to Mars, Paramore, Linkin Park, Vanessa Carlton, Dido, Beyonce, Black eyed peas, Blink-182, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, Madonna, Evanescence, Feeder, Angels and Airwaves, Fall Out Boy, Low Millions, Michael Jackson, Prodigy, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Mae and various other artists or bands.

I don’t really have bands; rather I have a selection of songs that I absolutely love. However, these are the bands or artists where I consider liking most of their music.

Favourite Films: Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete and Final Fantasy Spirits Within, Memoirs of a Geisha, Goodnight Mister Tom, Ice Age and Harry Potter (All).

Favourite books: The Earth Children saga, The Stravaganza series, and the Dragon riders of Pern series, also books like Harry Potter and the occasional Torchwood book although I got somewhat bored; the TV series was so much more interesting :). I’m a new fan of Twilight, which are an amazing collection of books.
