Donnie suffers from a series of increasingly disturbing nightmares which only Mikey is aware that he is having, but are the nightmares actually premonitions? If so, can Donnie stop a horrifying event happening or will he loose everyone he cares about, including April? When coming home from a brief run topside Mikey isn't feeling very well. There is more to his sudden illness though, will Mikeys older brothers find out what?

What if Raph was Mikey and Mikey was Raph? Raph will realize just how harsh he is, and Mikey will discover how annoying he can be. Will they be stuck like this forever? Most of the time I'd say, no, probably not. But I'm in charge here. You never know how this could end.
