Fanfiction writers are all review whores (I’m no exception) and this is because it’s the only form of repayment we’ll ever get for our effort and work. So even simple words such as “I like it” can brighten the author’s day and be reread too many times and consumed like a drug. I believe you can learn about a person by what movies/books/etc. they like, for you can see the idiocirities and multiple facets of their personality and what they like. Because once you think you know someone, you find out they like a certain (movie/book/character) and your view of them shifts from the suprise.
