Author has written 14 stories for Emergency.

I am a resident of Vancouver, Washington. Currently, I am looking for work in an office after having worked at Yellowstone National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, and Crystal Mountain Ski Area. My hope is eventually to use my writing to advocate for social justice. But right now, I'm just writing for fun and strengthening my writing skills.

As a child and a teenager, my favorite tv shows included: Emergency!, Dukes of Hazzard, Happy Days, Hogan's Heroes, MASH. A few years ago, I rediscovered Emergency!, with a little help from YouTube. Currently, I am writing a lot of fiction using Emergency as my inspiration. Roy Desoto is my favorite character on the show, but I like them all, even obnoxious Chet. I love to put my characters into unusual situations. And I love the closeness and brotherhood shown between Roy and Johnny. My belief of the characters is them is that of them being friends who are closer than brothers, from the book of Proverbs in the Bible, not anything else. If someone else likes to characterize them as different than that, fine, but I like to write them as being best friends, partners, and brothers. If someone misconstrues my stories as being something else than what I see them, that's not my fault.

In addition to writing, I love trains, cats, rock music from the 80s and 90s, particularly an Australian rock band called INXS, scrapbooking, jewelry making, hiking, and sleeping.

Also, a heads up. I would appreciate very much to see reviews of what I have written done in a constructive manner, please, that helps me improve my writing skills. I may borrow from other writers occasionally, usually without realizing it. But the stories I write are from my own head. I do not wish to hear other peoples' opinions of a particular episode or of a particular actor or character. It's all right if you don't like the actor, the character, or the episode. You're entitled to your opinion, but reviews of my writing should comment on what you liked or disliked about a particular story, and ways to make my writing better. No name calling or pigeonholing my stories as this or that, either.
