![]() Author has written 22 stories for Law and Order: CI, Special Unit 2, Scream, and Harry Potter. Like my pic, BA fans? Alas, photoshop seems to be the only way we will ever see Vicent and Kathryn kiss. :.( My name is Emily, I'm 25, and yes, I am the original LMR, which, if for whatever godawful reason you want to find is posted under the penname LMR (duh). I created I-am-LMR as a creative expression meant to represent the way I have grown as a writer and person. The way my ideals and priorities have changed over the years. To reflect my fluid perception of what a healthy romantic relationship is. Bull. I forgot my password. The first thing that will become clear as you read my writing is that I have a mental illness. No, wait, that sounded wrong. What I mean is, I have bipolar disorder, or manic depression, which really stands out in my writing as it seeps into everything I write. Apparently writing is a common symptom of bipolar. The fact that I write romance stories also stems in part from the bp - I need the vicarious romance as I am going to stay single for life. Not the party/bachelor type single, the nun type. sigh My favorite TV show is Law and Order: Criminal Intent because it delves into psychological profiles of twisted minds. Because it has a serious subplot about mental illness and the way it affects people. Because it shows meaningful and intimate friendships at their best. And because the stars are really hot. The main reason I love it is that it has the best 'ship I've ever seen, read, watched, thought, anything. Bobby and Alex have a connection deeper than I thought possible in fiction. Or in real life, for that matter. I never tire of finding ways for them to just kiss and hook up already. I mean, man! The writers have strung us along for how many seasons!? They don't even touch! Of course, if they did touch, the sparks would fly right through the screen and damage our televisions. I also love Special Unit 2, a TV show a few years ago that was sadly canceled before anyone ever got a chance to realize it existed. It was about monster-hunting cops in my home city of Chicago. It was also hysterically funny and had an adorable little romance to boot. I swear to the other SU2 fans that I will eventually hook up Kate and Nick. After I find about five more ways to hook up Bobby and Alex. Love from, LMR |
