My name is Danielle and I'm 16 years old. I have been extremely obsessed with The Outsiders for three years now. My class had to read it in grade 8 for English and ever since then I've been obsessed. I had read it twice already before my class even finished reading it.

I have now read The Outsiders over 50 times (I stopped counting after 50) and I've watched the movie over 350 times (I stopped counting after 350 too). I talk about it nonstop and I think about it even more. My poor friends have to listen to me blab on about it for hours. I have to relate The Outsiders to pretty much everything. My computer and ipod are full of pictures of the greasers and only pictures of them. I had to put The Outsiders movie on my ipod so I can watch it anywhere I am.

Looks- I have long, dark brown, curly hair (that I wear straight sometimes), with bright red streaks and straight bangs across my forehead. I'm really short; I'm 4'11 at 16 years old. I have a pale face and hazel eyes.

Personality- (based on what my friends say I am) Loud, talkative, sweet, bored easily, easily distracted, bubbly, put friends first, and reliable.

Soc or greaser? I’m defiantly a greaser.

Hobbies- I like writing, reading fan-fiction, acting, making music videos for The Outsiders, and make-up.

Music- I love rock, my favorite is punk rock. My favorite bands are My Chemical Romance, Mariana’s Trench, Simple Plan, Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, The Used, Linkin Park, The Killers, Hedley, and Something Corporate.

Books- Okay, it’s obvious that my favorite book is The Outsiders. I also love That was then, This is now, Rumble Fish, Tex and Taming the Star Runner. I only like reading S.E. Hinton books.

Movies- My favorite movie is also obviously The Outsiders. I like That was then, This is now, Rumble Fish and Tex too.

Umm that’s pretty much all I can think of. Oh I live with my parents and older brother, in a small town, an hour away from Toronto.

Oh wanna hear something funny? Well it’s not actually funny, it’s ironic. ANYWAYS during my summer before grade 8, the year I had to read The Outsiders for school, I walked into my living room and my mom was watching The Outsiders, it was the scene where the greasers were waiting for the Socs before the rumble. I asked her what she was watching and she said “The Outsiders, I read it in high school and I loved it.” Then I said “Oh. It looks wired.” Then I left the room. Haha didn’t know that it would soon be a huge part of my life.
