It's been awhile since I updated my profile, so I figured with the new year approaching, it was time I updated.

About Me

I'm an avid reader and writer. I love creating and exploring new worlds, and bringing characters to life. Sometimes, when I really care about a story someone else has created, and don't like where it's going, I like using the set pieces of that story and fix it in a way that makes sense to me. Hence, the glory of Fanfiction!

I discovered this site in 2008 when I became entranced in the world of Gossip Girl. Since then, I decided to experiment and try writing some stories myself. I wrote fiction before, but was never able to finish a story. Now, whatever I post on this site, will be finished.

As much as I love the fandom of Gossip Girl, I use Fanfiction for another purpose. I use it to improve my creative writing. By having an established world and canvas of characters, I can focus on other aspects of my craft to use for my fictional stories.

Progress Update

18/08/19: Hello fellow readers. I hope you've been enjoying your summer! As I mentioned in my author's note, the past few months have not been easy for me personally which is why I haven't been able to update this story. I've been coping with chronic back pain for the past few years, and I experienced two severe flare ups over the past few months. It's been physically and emotionally debilitating as I was practically bedridden for a couple weeks at a time. The good news is that I finally know the cause of the pain and its treatable. I still have a long road ahead, but living a life pain free is possible. Life sometimes, am I right?

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the most recent chapter. I had so much fun writing it! If all goes well, I'll be back with another update in September.
