Hello, dear readers. My name is Jan. I'm a librarian. I live in the US in Illinois, but not Chicago. I'm pretty old, but feel young at heart. It helps that I work with teenagers as part of my job, especially the wonderful gals in my Teen Writers Group. I actually enjoy my job (don't tell my boss) but I'm really looking forward to the day my husband and I can buy a hunting/fishing resort and I can write full time. I have two short stories published in an anthology and have written several professional articles as well, and even gotten paid for one of them. I have been writing fanfiction since the early 1980s (I told you I was old!) but only recently realized anyone might actually want to read it. I hope you enjoy.
