If I were to read the title of this article a week or so ago, I would feel this is just nuts. There is a consistent controversy with a powerful argument for the two sides as to regardless of whether or not you need carbohydrates. Personally I've always been an advocate of having substantial carb consumption just before and following workout routines, then closely monitoring them all through the relaxation of the day.
