![]() Author has written 10 stories for Destiny, Mass Effect, Jurassic Park, Warhammer, Star Wars, Dragon Age, Harry Potter, and Halo. I have antlers on my head. Every now and then I will shit out a few thousand words of a story, and then shelve it indefinitely. This is where you can read these never-to-be-concluded tales. At current: Echo Chapter 02 is up. Echo is still in the works. I know. It's been a long time, my non-existent readers. But I'm still working on it. Fuck me, but I have more ideas for Service to be Proud Of. That one was supposed to be done. Bio Updated as of 7/24/18 At current: Guardianship (Penned in 2015) Originally intended to be a semi-related series of short vignettes exploring my Awoken Titan from Destiny, this sort of petered out as most of my writing efforts do, in no small part due to the release of Rise of Iron and my inability to play further, as I am a peasant who does not own an xbone. Status: Dead. D-e-a-d dead. As dead as my heart after Destiny 2. You can purchase more chapters for 19.99$, and I'll update it next Moments and Memories (Penned in 2016) Intended to be passages from a larger rewrite of the first Mass Effect game, they instead now exist as a string of loosely related events. This story was going to diverge in rather fundamental ways from the game's plot itself, as evidenced by the very first vignette, in which Nihlus does not move faster on his own. It was to be a retelling in which characters acted more intelligently and with more agency than the game's narrative allowed. Status: It's Echo now and mostly entirely different. The Fallen Queen (Penned in 2015) This came about in a single sitting after viewing Jurassic World. I think it was around two in the morning. Written in second person, this is one of the stranger things I've written to date. It is the climactic battle between the Indominus Rex and the Tyrannosaurus Rex at the end of Jurassic World, as seen through the eyes of the T. Rex. More of a character study than an action writing, I'm rather pleased even to this day with how it turned out. It's also an actually complete work. Status: Complete! What?!? Witness Everything (Begun in 2015) Brought about by the novels No Know Fear (Abnett, 2012) and Mark of Calth (Various, 2015), this is a collection of shorts that follow a single Legionnaire survivor of the betrayal. His legion is specifically ambiguous, although it's not too hard to suppose. This is still actually a work in progress, as I have a clear concept of where I want to go with the story, I just simply need the inspiration to write, which strikes rarely and tends to choose it's topics at random. Status: Eh. Service to be Proud Of (Penned in 2016) Written in response to a bloodmatch prompt on the subreddit 'Who Would Win', it ended up being a very enjoyable little adventure into the world of Covenant vs Republic. While technically complete as-is, I'd still like to explore a continuation and wrapping up of loose ends at some point. It was quite enjoyable to write clones, and I will admit they're strongly influenced by portrayals by Matt Stover and John Ostrander. Status: Chapter 4 is done. Complete! He'd do it all the same (Penned in 2015) A short study of Hawke through the point of view of Merrill, after the events of All That Remains. Contains significant Anders disgust because there is always time to hate Anders. Much like Moments and Memories, this was to be part of a larger telling of the entirety of DA2 and into the events of Inquisition. Status: One shot and done. Have vague thoughts for another scene. Echo (Penned in 2017) An attempt by me to actually write a full, complete story. This is expanding on the excerpts in Moments and Memories, beginning at the start of Mass Effect 1 and continuing for as long as I am able to continue writing it consistently. Status: Chapter 02 is up. Work is ongoing. The Grey Zone (Penned in 2017) A short about a particular character from the New Jedi Order, framed as an examination of the social and cultural evolution of a post-vongformed Coruscant in the new state of the galaxy after the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War. Mostly ignores the novel series that came after the NJO, as they were wet farts. Status: One and done. The Written Word Does Not Lie (2017) Oh god in heaven, Khaine on his throne, Isha in the garden, Asuryan save me, I published a Harry Potter fanfiction. I'm going to feel strange about this for a week. It's from an /r/writingprompts post months ago, and I finally remembered it. A field biologist takes his daughter to buy books in Diagon Alley, and discovers he is quite famous! Hooray for everyone involved! Status: Almost certainly complete Potential other stories that are There are No Wolves Here (Mass Effect [Experimental]) This one is going to take significantly longer than expected to post because as it turns out, editing 30,000 words isn't an overnight deal. Honestly not sure if I'll post this, because it's so tenuously Mass Effect I might just recycle it into my own personal works. Dragonborne (Skyrim): Altmer with a weakness for daedric artifacts and poor self-awareness. Chapter or two. Two Sides of the Coin: Space Marine veteran and Eldar Aspect Warrior Exarch interactions as they survive on a tyranid infested world. Examination of the similarities between them, their species. This is only vague thoughts atm, nothing solid. It's an eclectic bunch. The Bonesinger's Code of Fanfiction
