Over the years, there has been a lot of collateral damage to Butters' mental and physical well-being because of his parents, but there is one area that Kenny will not stand to see neglected.

Kenny hates the club scene. As it turns out, the same is not the case for South Park's resident Goody Two Shoes. There must be something inside. Bunny. Oneshot

Or, How Kenny and Butters Came to Raise a Baby Together. Butters comes back to South Park after four years away at school only to find that things have changed in a very overwhelming way.

Kenny could remember the late-evening sky of three years ago as clearly as if it had been yesterday. After all, it had been three years ago today that Kenny had found Butters perched precariously on the railing of a bridge.

Butters thought he knew exactly what he was getting himself into when he signed up to be Mysterion's sidekick. He just wasn't prepared for Kenny.

Butters is quite uncertain as to why Kenny is taking such an interest in him... and is quite surprised to realize that he sort of enjoys Kenny's company. Slash like whoa. COMPLETE.
