Darth Revan:

If the "Revan" part of my name wasn't a clue, then I'll just tell you that my favorite Sith Lord is Darth Revan, The Lord of Revenge.

"Revan" comes from Revanchism, which basically means to retaliate, or have revenge. It is a philosophy that Revan adopted, hence the name Darth Revan.

Vindication means the act of correcting a wrong, or proving something and clearing blame. Revan turned to the dark side, but redeemed himself in the end.

Darth Nihilus:

My next favorite Sith Lord is Darth Nihilus, The Lord of Hunger.

Nihilism is the rejection of all religious and moral principles, and often leads to the belief that life is meaningless. His ability to drain whole planets of life through the Force is where he got his name.

My favorite non-Sith character in Star Wars is Grand Admiral Thrawn of the Galactic Empire, a former member of the Chiss Ascendancy. He is a brilliant tactitian who studies the art of his enemies to predict their moves, and can adapt to situations quickly, always keeping a cool head unless he gets angered by the incompetence of another person.
