I've been on a bit of a creative streak so I hope we'll be able to see some progress on fics. Works put up: Final Fantasy VIII - Scar Amnesty - told from Squall Leonhart's point of view. Travails at Garden, missions as a SEED, and a journey of self-discovery. Original (at fictionpress.com) - Transcendent Light - original work, primarily based on Ragnarok Online and Final Fantasy Tactics, as well as Philippine history, Edgar Allan Poe, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Charles Dickens, to name a few (whew). Now, inspirations include countless other sources, too many to mention...heh. Includes a few (or maybe more) original poems. Vandread - Memory - Jai Akira is sent from our time (2003) into the future, where men and women are mortal enemies! Basically a tweaked Vandread (the original of which I do not own) plus more. Original Poems (at fictionpress.com) - Sparks of Inspiration - a collection of poems...that's pretty much it. Some are gonna be used in my longer, prose works. Galaxy Angel - Angelic Virtue - Galaxy Angel fic! Something very...uncommon, I think. Colonel Jai Akira (OC) is reinstated into Angel Unit after a bet gone bad. Will there be romance in the air? Kinda similar to my Vandread fic, but focuses on different things... Works complete: Original Essay (at fictionpress) - Times of Uncertainty - essay borne out of frustration, mostly. Very spur-of-the-moment. Love Hina - Ako'y Sa Iyo, Ika'y Sa Akin - Naru/Keitaro songfic. Great Filipino song, with an English translation by me. And it's my first one-shot prose! dothack - Seeking Destiny - Kite and Blackrose go on an event by CCCorp. What situation could they get themselves into? A Kite/Blackrose fic. Zombie Loan - Hope - Alternate ending to the anime, since I was shocked by the original. Insights on death, life, and how cool Otsu really is. Mahou Sensei Negima! - Pen Pal - Character piece on Haruna Saotome. Starts during the class fieldtrip to Kyoto, and continues on after. Includes OC Jai Akira. Possible spoilers! |
