Warning: As is a central idea to season 2b of the show, Mary's sexual assault will play a key role in these stories.

My take of a more in depth version of Francis and Mary dancing in 3x03.

This is my first ever fanfic, so I know it is probably not the best, but since Reign is one of my top favorite shows, I really wanted to write this! This is my take on what I think should have happened in ep 2x18. I wanted to explore more of Mary's POV and thoughts and emotions during this time as I felt that the original episode really lacked in this area. I hope you enjoy! :)

Follows episode 1x08. Mary leaves the French Court with Bash. Follow their journey in France, away from the safety of the Court. What will happen to Mary? To Francis? To Bash? Will Mary make it back to Scotland? Will Francis lose her for good? This is a Frary fanfiction and I tend to avoid the Mash pairing, though, it will appear in this story.

Set after 1x05. Francis is heartbroken after witnessing the drunken kiss between Mary and Bash. He feels a sense of defeat, for a minute, until he realizes that he can and will win her heart back.

Everyone must play the games of Court intrigue and face the repercussions of their actions. Mary and Francis deal with their feelings for each other and Bash and Olivia.
