Hello!

So...been a while since I created this account, so I need to update my profile. My name is still Mackenzie. That hasn’t changed. I’m twenty-three now, so I should really get my act together when it comes to these stories I’m writing. It feels like it has been forever since I’ve updated (see update at the bottom of this). That’s probably because it has been forever. I’m out of college now...taking a year to travel to different places with some of my friends before starting my new job. Adult things...yay (*cough cough* sarcasm *cough cough*). Anyway, in England at the moment. Not that it matters.

Long story short: been a bit preoccupied. I’ve been kind of focused more on my most recent obsession (that shall remain nameless), so I haven’t been writing much. I have been reading though. Like a lot. Not sure when I’ll post more though. I’m pretty sure it’s been over a year...

So, yeah. I’m kind of working on my own pet projects, so my work for other people has kind of taken a backseat. Been working on a few things for a few musicals, as well as movies. Hoping they might go somewhere.

UPDATE

So, yes, I have posted two stories. My Newsies one is a one-shot, so that’s done. My DEH fix however is currently on hiatus. IT IS NOT DISCONTINUED. School has just been kicking my—pardon my French—ass all semester, and I haven’t had time to write anymore. None of my other works are really getting anywhere either, so it’s not just my fics on here. I’m sorry to all who are waiting patiently for it to be updated. I will be sure to work on it during my next school break. I do know, the story will be 10 chapters long. I think I have three done and posted. Anyway, thanks for sticking through it:)

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE

So, if you really want to know what happens and don’t want to wait for me to actually finish writing the chapters (still have to write chapters 4-10), just PM me, and I can send you a bullet point list of all I was going to have happen in each chapter. I’ll even make it more descriptive if you want. But if you want to wait and stick it out, I am really trying to find my writing motivation again. Specifically since I’ve had to rearrange my favorite musicals list and DEH is no longer at the top.
