As can be exemplified by the fact that I have an account here, I have a lot of free time on my hands. This is made more evident by the fact that I even have something written here; suffice it to say I have nothing better to do. If you care enough to read up to this point, I may as well indulge you, though I’m not giving out my real name (Don’t know why. Maybe I’m just paranoid?). I am 16, and a highschool student. Also, surprisingly enough, male (We seem to be the minority around here). I have deep interests in art, music, science, literature, and a few other things that I can’t seem to name at the moment due to the fact that I’m too tired to really think about it. Somewhere on the side of my little diggings into the esoteric I decided to come here and maybe write a few fanfics (not to mention hurl abuse at a few authors; heh, just kidding). My favorite bands are Tool, Rush, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Opeth, and Led Zeppelin (in that order), though honestly I listen to everything from Japanese Bubblegum-Pop to Norwegian Black Metal. On the slightly more classical side, Vivaldi is my favorite composer, followed by Paganini. My favorite movie is Fight Club. My favorite author is H.P. Lovecraft (who’s much better than Poe, by the way),and yes, in case you’re wondering, I do read Harry Potter (despite the fact that it has more or less negligible literary value, it’s still a fun read). My favorite show is Upright Citizens Brigade, but you can’t really write fan fiction for a sketch show, so my favorites that matter are Danny Phantom, Code Lyoko, Teen Titans and Kim Possible. My favorite game is Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. I also enjoy long walks on the beach (as long there’s no sunlight. “Aah! It burns!”), have an unhealthy obsession with the number 42, enjoy tracing the veins and tendons of my hand with my eyes, and often completely lose track of time when drawing.
