The Rebels Have Failed
At the end of Catching Fire, the rebels have failed to overrule the Capitol and everything went back to the way it was before, and at some places even worse. This story is the story of Evan and Lysette from District 12. Lysette and Evan both have interesting backgrounds, and the duo can't help themselves but to figure out what exactly those backgrounds contain.
